Drs. Kimble are able to conveniently provide this treatment as an in-office procedure, using Bulkamid. The procedure itself usually takes less than 30-minutes to perform and patients are able to go home the same day.
During the procedure, Drs. Kimble will inject a water based gel along the periurethra in order to plump it and thereby help prevent leakage. Patients may require more than one treatment to experience greater than 70% improvement in stress urinary incontinence.
