We have partnered with The Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel, to provide you and your travel companions the best possible experience. We want you to enjoy Beverly Hills before your treatment and to recover in exceptional accommodations after your treatment. Drs. Kimble and their team will personally visit you at the hotel after your treatment to assure a safe and comfortable recovery. The length of time for your stay at The Peninsula will depend on the extent of your treatment or surgery with Drs. Kimble. The Intimate Aesthetics Coordinator will take care of all needed reservations for you.
The cost of consultation with Drs. Kimble for new patients is $515, which will be fully applied to your surgery, to perform a thorough evaluation of your concerns and to formulate a mutual plan of treatment. The fee is imposed because you will have direct consultation and discussion with either Dr. Alexis May Kimble or Dr. David Kimble and they will then review their plan for treatment.
Yes, it represents the time Drs. Kimble spend with you and their expertise in determining the best treatment for you.
Of course, you are most welcome to speak with one of the Intimate Aesthetics Coordinators the doctors have hand-selected to provide you the best possible care. This can even be performed virtually. An initial consultation with the Intimate Aesthetic Coordinator is free.
The consultation fee may be applied to your surgical procedure or other packages chosen for your intimate concerns.
Drs. Kimble are out-of-network providers for insurances. Their team will assist you by providing a superbill with all the codes needed for you to bill your individual insurance for reimbursement.
Drs. Kimble will review their plan for treatment, after which you will meet with one of their Intimate Aesthetics Coordinator to set a date for surgery, establish any needed financing, and also to coordinate any preoperative testing.
Yes, in order to set a date for treatment, an $1800 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your treatment date. The deposit is a sign of good faith and allows the office to block the time in Drs. Kimbles’ very busy schedule just for you.
The deposit is not refundable, but if the treatment is rescheduled before the 30 days prior to the treatment, the deposit can be transferred to the new treatment date. If the treatment is canceled within 30 days of the date of treatment, the entire cost of the treatment, including the deposit, will not be refunded.
